LiuLiChang Curio Market Outside Haige International

Haige International Hotel Beijing : Liuli Chang

Haige International Hotel Beijing : Liuli Chang

The name "liulichang" originated from the Ming Dynasty when a renowned colored glaze factory (Liuli Chang in Chinese) was in construction in the street of old Beijing, which made glazed tiles for the palaces, temples and residences of the city officials.

Liulichang is one of the largest curio distribution centers in Beijing where different antiques stores line up to sell ancient porcelain, paintings, calligraphy, jade, carving, bronze ware, antique furniture, carpet, clocks and jewelry. To give you a hint on shopping, the stores in the market open everyday while the street stalls are open only on weekends. And when you stay in Haige International Hotel Beijing, you will never miss out on exhibits and auctions on weekends.
